TEMPORARY BUT PRICELESS

As a student it is very difficult to study well especially if you are not willing to adjust yourself to your new environment. Especially that we already have the K-12 program in our country that is usually done abroad.

It is very difficult for us as a student to accept that our four years in high school was changed into two more years instead of turning college and studying the courses we want in universities we ever wanted. One more thing is when the first day of the class began in June, It is very hard to be with people you mostly don’t know yet, so it’s a huge challenge and it’s a burden for me on how I can be with my new classmates in the new atmosphere that I’m/we’re facing currently.

But all my fears, doubts and nervousness were suddenly lost when we all became friends, and recognized each others inner and true personalites. All negative thoughts were replaced by positive thoughts and that’s where friendship between each other grew so we quickly.

Senior year is filled with activities and there is always lots of work to do, there are no times you’ll feel free and relaxed, Time management is a must but here is where the saying “grade is more important than sleep” starts.

As a Senior High School Student I am also happy that we work with my classmates of our problems and the subjects we find difficult. Besides all the negative thoughts in my mind, we still manage to laugh, enjoy and share things we want to share.

I saw the patience of our teachers to teach us well, even if they were upset with us, they still manage to help us in every situation that we have difficulty to deal with.

At the end I know that God has a reason why he is doing this to us. And being a Senior High School Student is not bad because it is only temporary, it just helps us to know more about life and what courses will we take when the College life begins and came in our way.

It’s a good idea to think that we are all okay, but I know that the experiences we are experiencing right now are just temporary and there will be more problems that will definitely test our courage as a student or an individual not now but in the future.
